With a fixed group we will be diving deeper through meditation, embodiment and connection practices.

Practicals:

• Walk in is at 18:45. The door closes at 19:00. Please be on time!
• Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
• The spoken language is English.
• The sessions are for people of all ages and levels of experience.
