Are you keeping yourself small? Do you find yourself making excuses for not doing the things you really want to be doing? Are you afraid of going big? Do you dare living your ‘’I’’?. Through various meditations and bio-energetic exercises we will guide you to step into your inner power and strength. If you have been waiting for a call, this is it!
This session will be guided by Ellen & Marije.
Practicals:
- Walk in is at 18:45. The door closes at 19:00. Please be on time!
- Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
- The spoken language is English.
- The sessions are for people of all ages and levels of experience.
