Slow down, ease your mind and relax your body. Close your eyes in meditation, gently move and touch your body, and lovingly connect with yourself and others in this Mediflow Session.
A warm bath for you to step into <3
This session will be guided by Ellen & Marije.
Practicals:
- Walk in is at 18:45. The door closes at 19:00. Please be on time!
- Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
- The spoken language is English.
- The sessions are for people of all ages and levels of experience.
There are a maximum of 14 spots available for this session.
