Who is this for?

• If you are curious to learn more about yourself through mindful practices;
• If you want to quiet your mind and ground & relax your body;
• If you feel the longing to open your heart and connect with yourself and others.

Practicals:

• Session starts at 19:00 and ends at 21:30 (2,5 h)
• Walk in is at 18:45. The door closes at 19:00. Please be on time!
• Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
• The spoken language is English.
• The sessions are for people of all ages and levels of experience.

There are a maximum of 14 spots available for this session.

You can buy your ticket below for €17,50.

Sessions are facilitated by Ellen Grondijs & Marije Mulder. They are assisted by one other person.

Mediflow sessions taking place on Wednesday evening, 19:00-21:30 at Edanz in Groningen (studio 5).
