Open up & soften in the next Mediflow session on November 30th! 🧘♂️ Our day to day life can be hectic and hard sometimes. To protect ourselves from that, we tend to become harder and closed off: old strategies, masks and walls around our heart may come up. In this session we invite you to soften into that and we are going to explore opening up our heart. Feel welcome❤️🌸 This session will be facilitated by Ellen & Marije.
